The system sets baseline requirements for supervisor positions and outlines five key principles for their selection and appointment. It includes detailed procedures for supervisor selection, appointment, training and development, job rotation, performance evaluation, incentives, accountability, and monitoring, as well as a backup supervisor management system. Additionally, there are the Supervisor Accountability Management Measures and Supervisor Competition Management Measures.
Emergency Management Measures for Major Incidents with Significant Impact
Uniview’s Emergency Management Measures for Major Incidents with Significant Impact aim to minimize the impact and losses caused by unforeseen events and maintain the company’s normal production and operational order. The measures categorize 22 types of incidents into four areas: external impacts (such as international events affecting the company), governance (such as major risks concerning key shareholders), operations (such as severe deterioration in financial status), and information (such as negative or false media reports). The system emphasizes prevention first, with emergency response as a secondary measure, establishing an early warning and prevention mechanism. An emergency management team is formed to handle incidents, and a post-incident review is conducted within 7 days to consolidate lessons learned and provide training.

Swift AI Observation Achievement Selected for the "World Internet Conference Love (AI) Public Welfare Action Plan"
In June 2023, the "World Internet Conference Digital Civilization Nishan Dialogue" was held in Nishan, Qufu, Shandong, with the theme "Artificial Intelligence Era: Building a Digital World of Communication, Mutual Learning, and Inclusion." Nishan is the birthplace of Confucius. The "Uniview Beijing Swift AI Observation" project was selected for the "World Internet Conference Love (AI) Public Welfare Action Plan." It is one of only three projects in the biodiversity protection category, along with "Microsoft's Infrared Camera Smart Management System for Monitoring Wild Animals" and "Tencent's Snow Leopard Protection Plan," all utilizing AI technology to enhance animal identification capabilities.
Uniview applied AI technology to support the observation and protection of Beijing Swifts. Using AI machine vision and intelligent analysis equipment, the project overcame engineering challenges such as monitoring the interior of wooden historical buildings. It provided 24-hour continuous observation and sound collection of swift nests, capturing valuable video footage of nesting, egg-laying, hatching, and the growth of young swifts. This research has enriched the study of the swifts' return patterns and life habits.
Southern Weekly
In villages near the Northeast China Tiger and Leopard National Park, over a thousand cameras installed at major intersections are capable of identifying wild animals such as tigers and leopards. When tigers or leopards are detected, the system automatically triggers an alarm, prompting manual intervention to prevent these animals from entering villages and endangering residents.
This technology, developed by Zhejiang Uniview Technologies Co., Ltd., is not limited to monitoring tigers; it can also observe birds. At the Beijing Raptor Rescue Center, rehabilitation specialists spend significant time and effort reviewing cage monitoring footage to identify noteworthy moments.
Uniview, in collaboration with the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), has developed an "Intelligent Cage Observation System." According to Tang Libo, Uniview's Chief Engineer for Cloud Intelligence, the AI system can recognize various raptor behaviors and push relevant clips to mobile devices. This technology allows for more efficient monitoring of the raptors' recovery and behavioral conditions while minimizing disturbances to the animals.
